- A large majority of our jewelry is made to order, and will be updated with a tracking number within 1-14 business days. Check your junk mail for updates if they aren't in your inbox.
- We are a small team experiencing a high volume of orders and timelines may be affected by this. We appreciate your patience with custom orders as we interpret your questionnaires and promise they are worth the wait.
- Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or shipping delays caused by Covid-19.
- Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.
- Charlie Beads is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping labels are often created a few days before packages are collected by the post office, therefore the tracking number might say "label created" for a few days. We assure you your package will be collected by the post office in a timely manner.

We are currently shipping from the United States via USPS.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US AND CANADA
We currently ship within Canada via Canada Post.
Orders outside the US & Canada are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Custom jewelry orders are final sale as they are made by hand. Some custom pieces may be adjusted length wise. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if there is an issue with your order.
We accept returns on gold items excluding earrings, as long as the item is shipped to us with tracking provided within 21 days. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless there was an error on our end.
